_----_xxxx Searches exclusive directories only, looking for files which exist
that are not in the installation software database or the indicated
_p_k_g_m_a_p file. If used with the _----_ffff option, hidden files are removed;
no other checking is done.
_----_pppp Only checks the accuracy of the pathname or pathnames listed.
_p_a_t_h_n_a_m_e can be one or more pathnames separated by commas (or by
white space, if the list is quoted).
_----_iiii Reads a list of pathnames from _f_i_l_e and compares this list against
the installation software database or the indicated _p_k_g_m_a_p file.
Pathnames which are not contained in _i_n_p_u_t_f_i_l_e are not checked.
_----_dddd Specifies the device on which a spooled package resides. _d_e_v_i_c_e can
be a directory pathname or the identifiers for tape, floppy disk or
removable disk (for example, _////_vvvv_aaaa_rrrr_////_tttt_mmmm_pppp or _////_dddd_eeee_vvvv_////_dddd_iiii_ssss_kkkk_eeee_tttt_tttt_eeee).
_----_mmmm Requests that the package be checked against the pkgmap file _p_k_g_m_a_p.
_----_eeee Requests that the pkginfo file named as _e_n_v_f_i_l_e be used to resolve
parameters noted in the specified pkgmap file.
_p_k_g_i_n_s_t
Specifies the package instance or instances to be checked. The
format _p_k_g_i_n_s_t_...._**** can be used to check all instances of a package.
When using this format, enclose the command line in single quotes to
prevent the shell from interpreting the * character. The default is
to display all information about all installed packages.
NNNNOOOOTTTTEEEESSSS
To remove hidden files only, use the _----_ffff and _----_xxxx options together. To
remove hidden files and check attributes and contents of files, use the
_----_ffff, _----_xxxx, _----_cccc, and _----_aaaa options together.
Creating the file _////_vvvv_aaaa_rrrr_////_iiii_nnnn_ssss_tttt_////_...._nnnn_oooo_pppp_kkkk_gggg will cause _pppp_kkkk_gggg_cccc_hhhh_kkkk to ignore the
